Incorrect device delivered

I’m writing this email to you to formally log a complaint against Mohammed. As you are aware I have had issues with my upgrade due to my surname change after I got married 10 years ago even after I supp**** all the documents to MTN on numerous of accounts. Mohammed said he will assist me to get it sorted – I told him I want the Apple Iphone 17 Pro 256gb – he confirmed on the phone 4 times (go listen to the recording) that is the phone im getting – my phone was delivered today and it’s the standard one and not the Pro. The contract came through while I was on the phone – I picked it up and he said he can see on the system that it’s the pro – he **** to me, 4 times. I am utterly disappointed in his behavior; this was not an honest mistake. I can not express how dissatisfied I am with the service I received from MTN. You treat your customers with no respect, or value my time.
