Incorrect details on package

This is the worst experience i had with mtn, no more will i upgrade online, the service is poor, they made a mistake by putting the incorrect details on my package when handed to the courier, now they tellin me about escalating and approval needed to rearrange deliver what nonsense is this, the risk it hold by putting incorrect details alone... What if this package landed in the incorrect hands. Im very disappointed in their servic3 this time i never experienced this mess. Ontop of that they are no telling me i must wait 5 to 14 working days for them to resolve the issue.
