incorrect deductions made
Good Day<br> <br> The abovementioned subject has reference.<br> <br> On the 17th August 2015, i enquired from MTN about deductions made from my account of which i have no knowledge. My contract with them ended in April of this year. I then app**** for the promotion of R100.00 airtime per month.<br> <br> After scrutinising my account, i came to notice that deductions for Upgrade and Promo are being made from my account. I definitely have no knowledge of these deductions and certainly did not apply for an upgrade.<br> <br> My deduction for August/September 2015 now amounts to R341.00- much more than my previous contract [previous monthly deduction was R239.00 where i received a handset and a TV] and i do not even have a new handset or an upgrade.<br> <br> As can be seen from the correspondence attached im getting no joy from MTN.<br> <br> Could you kindly assist<br> <br>

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Kindly note the upgrade that was done is for the R100.00 airtime to be sent on a monthly basis. This is still the very same contract that has simply been renewed through our Sales Partner, Summer Mobile.
We've now corrected the package by removing the promo service fee of R42.98 excl VAT and have now credited your account for the 4x months that you've been charged. The credit amount that you will see on your next statement is R195.99 including VAT.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service experienced.
