Incorrect debit order amount

I have a Home WIFI of R495 with MTN. It's not an open like. Right now I am told that my Debit Order will be R4999. I've had horror stories about MTN how bad they treat black people and unfortunately I am becoming a Victim..

I won't fall for that and I won't allow it. MTN please rectify your accounts.
