Incorrect Debit Order Amount

Account reference BA***. A debit order of R75.46 was deducted from my account. I now received a message to say I need to pay R1300.01 before I can make calls. Please sort out this issue. I am out of the country. This seems to be a continuing problem. Please sort this out. I don't want it affecting my credit record.
