Incorrect debit order
I recently took up an upgrade for my mother (contract under my name) the amount was supposed to be R299 so now why is it R390 if you included insurance remove it and reverse that amount as I did not authorise for insurance....R299 was what I signed up for

Quite honestly I do no see why I have to call them, to begin with I never authorised this MTN decided on their own to put in insurance, please correct this,I have been a loyal client with you for a while now and I do not see a reason why MTN would put on insurance and now I have to go cancel it, doesn’t make sense to me, please cancel it and do a reversal as I have never requested this I only agreed to it
