Incorrect debit

Mtn debited more than double my contract amount this month and now it's taking forever for me to receive correspondence from them. Each time I'm asked to give them my details only for nothing to happen further. It's also not the first time. My father no longer has a contract with them but his account was debited and he's still waiting for his refund.

Really so disappointing
