Incorrect Debit

<p>i cancelled my conract 2Months ago and waited out their notice period , on 20 April 2016 an INCORRECT DEBIT WAS TAKEN OFF MY ACCOUNT *******LY BY mtn, their retensions contacted me on the 22 April and i responded same day as so why i im cancelling , their service is pathetic and i was not using that account anymore .
