Incorrect debicheck

I was called by Mondo on behalf of MYN and was offered an uncapped data sim deal that came with a mobile Wi-Fi for R399. I received a debicheck mandate of R600 that I declined and now I received an sms stating that my data is capped per month! I want someone competent from MTN to call me!
