Incorrect Data Report to the Credit Bureau

I have done an ITC check - and it reflects that I missed 8 payments in 2020, two in 2021 & 1 so far in 2022. I pay by debit order and never was one of my payments missed. I demand proof of my missed payments and this needs to be rectified.
