Incorrect data package loaded for six months

CCI agent called me on the 26th of July 2022, offering an upgrade to a 30GB day and 30GB night package and I agreed to it.

MTN only loaded the package only on the first month. Since then, MTN has been loading a 10GB day and 10GB night package.

When I called your offices today, they advised me that MTN loaded package reference number *** CT 06728 instead of package number *** CT 00004 DG AI for R169 per month for 24 months. They called it a 'provision error' which is on the MTN side.

For six months, I have been paying this amount however I'm not getting the agreed data (30GB day and 30GB night)

If this cannot be resolved by the end of today, please terminate my contract.
