incorrect data package

I did receive a response from MTN and I understand the increase in costs was due to purchases of data bundles, this would not have been the case if I was issued with the 300mb data as agreed upon with Nashua which I have since the inception of the contract not receive. I was also told by an MTN consultant that my package was R189 a month, this is also incorrect, the package I agreed to was R129 per month for 300mb data, 50sms and 50 mins. I have three contracts with MTN which I will not be renewing.
