incorrect data loaded

I requested the agent to load 50mb data. Instead she loaded 500mb data and billed me over R800. I am requesting billing dept. to allow me to pay off the amount while the investigation is in progress. They delaying with feedback. Call Centre agents also hopeless with dealing with my complaint since incident.
