Incorrect data from MTN

Good day,

I mostly recently acquired a contract at the beginning of Nov20, however what I was promised and what I got is two different things.

They advised me that I would receive 20gb anytime data and 10gb promotional data for video,music and youtube streaming.

What I received was 10gb anytime data and 10gb night surfer data and the promotional data. This has now occurred for 2 consecutive months.

I have called them 5 times and no one can resolve this..

This is unacceptable and not how customers should be "taken care off"
