On the 1st of June my two USB Modems stopped working, so I went to my local MTN Store (Woodlands, Pretoria) to confirm the status of my contract as it where about to expire. The contact person there could not verify my contract as my details where no longer on the system (according to him). He told me that i seems as if my contract had expired and had ended as well.

Then, on the 25th of June, I received and astronomical data billing from MTN for the month of June for one of the USB modems sticks (which where unused for the moth of June due to not working) The amount totaled to R2884.62. I then again went in store to enquirer what was the cause of the huge bill. The MTN system in fact indicated that the modem in question is \Inactive"as well as being a Top Up 100 contract?

Please MTN get back to me as my 3K bill for a 500mg@69pm contract wich was completely inactive for the month of June (even on your systems) in outrageous!"""
