Incorrect Credit Listing
I wish it was possible to give a Zero rating. I have been batling to get MTN to remove a negative listing on my credit profile for almost the past year now. I have been asking MTN to fix this as this account is fradulent. I always get a promise that the issue will be resolved and asked to wait but it never happen.
I am so sick and tired of this....
Can someone please help!!!!!!!

MTN told me that an email was sent to Transunion on the 14th December 2018 and I was told to wait for 7 to 14 working days. On the 15th day, I contacted Transunion and I could see that there were no changes on my credit report and was advised that the email was not received. Now I am told to wait again, I am really running out of patience.
I need someone from your legal department to follow up with Transunion as I was asked questions regarding the email that I could not answer. This matter has been going on for too long and I am pleasding you MTN to treat this matter with urgency.
