Incorrect Credit Information

Good day MTN,

Please could you get someone from your credit department to fix the mess you've caused. According to Experian, I've missed the last 6 months of payment with MTN, when I've never ever missed a payment.

Please can I request a letter of good standing and confirmation that the record will be set right with the various credit bureaus.
