INCORRECT CONTRACT LOADED - NO DATA OR MINUTES!

This is now my second complaint about this and it is still not sorted! (even though MTN rep**** to my first complaint saying it was resolved)<br> It has now been nearly 2 weeks on this new MTN contract and I still have not received my Data or sms. <br> The package advertised in the March book is<br> <br> Iphone 16GB<br> R499 PM<br> My MTN choice 100 <br> 100 Anytime Minutes<br> 200sms<br> 500MB Data<br> <br> for some unknown reason the incorrect contract was loaded which only gave me R100 airtime (no minutes, no data and no sms)<br> <br> I must have spent over 4 hours trying to get through to the call center<br> I have been back to the store 6 times and between the store and call center they said they need to cancel the contract and start again.. but yet.. STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE<br> <br> I can never contact the same person twice and it is virtually impossible to get through to the call center at all!<br> <br> This is not only frustrating and time consuming but it is also costing me a fortune as all calls, sms and data are being charged at out of bundle rates!<br> <br> This type of service is UNACCEPTABLE! <br> <br> If this is not resolved I want to cancel the entire thing and go to Vodacom as I have never experienced such bad service from any other company before
