Incorrect Contract Loaded
MTN is a joke, service level is pathetic.......
Done an upgrade in Feb 2019 at the Clearwater mall branch, contract amount was R299. Debit order for Feb 2019 was correct, March 2019 debit amount was R1548, April 2019 debit order was R1548. Logged a request on the 18/04/2019, Ref# 01- ********** 5527, to date no response from MTN. I reversed both debit orders and now they suspend my service because of no payment. Where is the difference of R299 and R1548, you guys are ridiculous. This is not the same MTN i used to know.
