Incorrect Contract Allocation & Incorrect Billing
I opened a R499 contract with the Irene store. This contract included 500MB plus 250MB which was a special that was running and R100 artime. I requested the store to ensure that the contract structured such that it will be a top up. I was told the contract would be structured at 1c value, which meant i would need to reload once the data and airtime has lapsed.<br> <br> At this point the following has occurred
