incorrect contract
I have signed up for a contract on the 27th November 2017. It was a contract for 20g anytime and 10g night. Today is the 19th March 2018 and I am currently getting 10g anytime and 15g night yet I am paying for what the initial contract stipulated. Is this not *****? Debiting a clients account for goods/services that was not rendered.

Can you give me a date in which you can advise feedback? i have no response as yet. If, there is no response by the 4th April, I will be forced to go to the bank and reject all the debit orders as i have not received service for something i was debited for.
