incorrect charges
my service supplier was Nashua who sold out to MTN.....in Nov 2014...since then my bills are incorrectly worked out.....they gave a credit but did not show how they arrived to the amount PLUS they are now re charging incorrectly again and NO RESPONSE if e-mail and their phone goes unanswered. It is now JUNE and still struggling. this on 3 tel numbers

Our record shows that you have a credit of R1294.34 on your account. A credit of R116.01 was passed on the 2015-04-02 for the 100MB bundle that was not discounted for the invoice dated 2015-01-01 to 2015-03-01 on cellphone number *** . Another credit of R29.99 was passed on the 2015-04-20 for the 10MB bundle that was not discounted for the invoice dated 2015-02-01 to 2015-04-01 on cellphone number ***. A credit of R3534.15 was passed on the 2015-04-28 for the call charges due to the failed bill limit on cellphone number *** for the invoice dated 2015-01-01 to 2015-04-01. The billing department further advised that the bill limit is not accurate, the customer needs to monitor her calls as MTN wont pass further credits should she used more than her rand value on cellphone number ***.
Kindly be advised that the following reference numbers REQ:*** and REQ:*** are both still pending with our billing department.
