incorrect cancellation of my number

Useless useless incompetence, that is all i can say. I am furious. After numerous emails , conversations with call centre agents over the past 3 months and visits to my local MTN store to confirm that on the end date of my contract I requested the service to continue and only for them to remove the device charge... this morning my number still gets cancelled. Further the directors and management at MTN feel customers are not important enough to have a technical team on standby to resolve these critical issues on a weekend especially when they choose to end the service on a Friday evening or weekend... VERY VERY WELL DONE MTN your management style is as *********** as your staff...
