Incorrect billings
Please carefully review your statements when you receive them from MTN. Since Oct 2016 l have been billed R676/month for a contract that i app**** for but never received (The phone contract was done via MTN Direct who failed to deliver phone). On disputing this amount they hand you over to attorneys. One of their Attorneys Hammond Pole Attorneys are useless. Their call centre agents never resolve matters except to harass you.

I trust that you are well. I have sent my response via my yahoo email - ***. I believe this is a simple matter that we can resolve. Its purely an issue of incorrect billings and i have provided a reconciliation from my side as well as the MTN statement under dispute. The real issue is that l never received the phone. Your delivery agent (DSV) can even provide you with a telephone recording where l told them to return the phone to MTN. So the big Question is where did the phone GO. This l believe MTN has robust systems and can investigate with the delivery agent (DSV). I do not believe this is complicated as there are procedures undertaken on delivery of a phone.
The way l look at it is purely an oversight on MTN part. I think the records are there for non delivery but MTN never updated their accounts. Please investigate.
