Incorrect Billing since April
<p> </p> <p>I took a contract with MTN in April and I was advised that, The charges for that month would be pro-rata cause it was just 4 days before the billing cycle, however that did not happen instead I was double charged the following month. I have been querying this since May with no success, can someone who is responsible for this rectify it cause im tired of phoning the call centre, its just a waste of time, thanks.</p> <p> </p>

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.
Kindly be advised that you were not double charged for your April invoice. Please note that you are invoiced on the 13th of each month and your account is debited on the 20th of each month. On the 2016-04-20 your account was not debited, your first debit order was processed on the 2016-05-20 for the April and May invoices.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you and to restore your faith in us.
