Incorrect Billing - payment not reflecting
hi there - i have 2 phone numbers with you.. On both numbers, payment was taken by debit order in September. It is recorded on my credit card statement, yet your accounts department says it was returned. This is impossible. Then on monday, my account was suspended. I called in and was made to make payments of +-R809 and R524 on the 2 accounts. Then last night, further debit orders ran on my accounts. Please advise urgently! reference number: ***. If this isnt resolved, I want to cancel my contracts - this service is unacceptable!!
