Incorrect billing on statement

I got my statement today, why was my payment not allocated why am I being billed 4 2 months and what will my monthly bill be because if I have to go through this every month I will escalate this mess to Icasa the agent that called me told me to pay the one month and the pro rata amount for March which I did but I see on my statement that it was not allocated and now you want to charge me double how is this normal I'm not impressed by this on a real...
