Incorrect Billing NO REFUND

Dear MTN Sandton Branch Manager<br> <br> Please can I request for you overlook your staff or your billing systems because your shop is really deteriorating the MTN brand, I took another contract because the original phone I had was broken, I was taken up and down because all the phones I wanted (5 in total) were out of stock and I had to settle for Samsung S3 Mini, now after Stella confirmed monthly payments were R149.00 but was not sure how much the starting Amount be ? Also confirmed that the line is pre paid and I will not be charged extra ?? Now I can confirm 1200.00 have been deducted above all the restrictions that Stella confirmed. I have been charged additional R496.00 which I don't know its for what, I used my own airtime and WIFI and now I have to pay this is unacceptable and its NOT FAIR AT ALL. I have queried this with her and she requested People to reset SUL??? Don't know what that mean, Now my concern like I told Stella is that I need my money back because I need to use it, Its not a lot to MTN as a company and I am sure you can be able to refund it because I don't want it to be taken from my monthly Bill. MTN please sort this out Urgently as this is really PATHETIC.
