Incorrect Billing/ *********** Service Call Centre
MTN debited R11 515.20 on 1Nov-15 of my bank account for Data usage, my data bill on average is R125 per month. I have made numerous phone calls to MTN to enquire as to why my bill was so exorbitant. Every-time I call MTN 808, I request an itemised billing to see exactly when these data charges occurred so that I can verify and prove that I did not use data anywhere remotely close to R11 000. Each time I request an itemised billing, the consultants put through a request and promise a time as to when I will receive it but I NEVER do. A consultant even told me that it is NOT possible for me to receive an itemised billing? This has left me extremely frustrated and angry as such a reputable company (MTN) is not expected to give such poor customer service. This incorrect billing has left me in a serious cash-flow problem and has resulted in me not meeting several urgent payments. MTN do not appear to be one bit sensitive to this situation as up until today I still await my itemised billing. Consultants have promised their supervisors will get back to me, but also to date I'm yet to speak to a supervisor. References are ***
