Incorrect Billing - *****?
Hi, <br> <br> I have two contracts with MTN, my 2nd contract has been billed for R2843.81 this month. This is way above average (R100.00). <br> <br> I've tried to contact MTN numerous times over the last couple of days. It would seem that they do no respond to phone calls or emails. <br> <br>

According to our records the charges were incurred on data usage, you used a total of 3003MB, also note that the out of bundles rates have increased which is why the billing is also higher.
