INCORRECT BILLING FOR PACKET DATA
I have disputed for 3 months already on my account but never get response. I have asked for detailed print out on my account . MTN bills me for packet data every month and not sure why because I did not ask for this service or why my bill is so extremely high. I send emails disputing my account but they just just cut my lines and don't respond back with any explanation why my bill has gone from normal 400 to almost 3000!!!! Very frustrating as i was forced to pay this huge amounts for the past 3 months already!!<br> Please help me.
