Incorrect billing for 3 months!!!

Iv been receiving the worst service from this company on all channels of communication..the level of service in my opinion is nothing short of ***********!!! Billing me for the last 3 months for something I didn't agree to..where do u even come from...I refuse to pay any money until my account is rectified
