Incorrect billing and terminating contract

I have taken a cellphone contract in November 2016 with MTN of R269 per month, when billing started in December there was an additional R99 for data which was later reversed by MTN after they listened to the recording and proved I had not requested. After that was resolved they refused to start billing the correct amount R269 telling me I will have to make deposit monthly. I am not prepared to que at the bank monthly. To my surprise while matter isn't resolved, booom my services were suspended and later handed over to debt collectors. I have since furnished debt collector representative Adelaide from Norlam all the correspondence between my,MTN and ombudsmen. She had all that sent to MTN but of late she isn't getting and feedback too.

In September MTN decided to send me statement advising they terminating my contract without resolving any of the above indicated queries arising from incorrectly billing and *********** service to me as a client.

I find it disturbing that MTN takes no responsibility of errors or **********ly transactions to client for that data charge instead decide to penalise clients.

I am in the position when I a ready to give the phone back and pay whatever is due but customer care center is not able to assist referring me to Norlam and they have no clue as MTN do not give feedback.
