incorrect billing and poor service

Ive been incorrectly billed numerous times and have contacted customer service several times. they've acknowledged that the bill was incorrect and has been adjusted but it hasnt been reflected on my statement, even after following up several times. I also changes my debit order to my credit card but the debit order is still going off my old account.
