Incorrect Billing and poor service

Hi Riedwaan

Thank you for taking the time to investigate. Whilst I appreciate the credit and the efforts, I have to question whether it is possible my sim card can be hacked or duplicated and used by someone else as I assure you I never rack up that amount in data it is absolutely and insanely high. This brings me to my second point, if in a month you can see someone's data usage is higher than normal, would it not be better to call the client and advise them that it would be cheaper to purchase a data package???Last month and I still dispute the charges my data was R3000 this month's Billing R2000. A total of R5000. I could have purchased 20Gig for R1250.00. this again tells me you are raping the clients instead of trying to save them money Had MTN recommended packages or called me to notify me of the extreme difference in billing I would have been alerted and made a plan to cancel the card or investigate at the time why the charges were so high. I do appreciate the credit don't get me wrong but I still find the service and attitude at MTN to be nothing short of ***. I would move to Vodacom but I here they are worse.....WOW what is this monopoly coming to you have the monopoly.

Hello Neil Buckley,

Thank you for your post.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.

Kindly be advised that our records show that 2 credit notes have been passed; R892.85 was passed for the invoice dated 2015-06-21 and R111.67 was for the invoice dated 2015-07-21. We advise that you monitor your balance by dialling *141# ok and for a full data balance dial *1# ok and select option 3.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
