**URGENT COMPLAINT: Incorrect Billing and Missed Payments Affecting My Credit Score**

I am extremely disappointed with MTN regarding an *** that I paid and settled in full in 2024.

Despite the *** having been settled, I am now receiving notifications indicating that I have missed payments on this *** during 2026. These alleged missed payments are negatively affecting my credit score and are being reported under my name.

I do not understand why I am still being billed or why missed payments are being recorded on an *** that, according to my records, was fully paid off in 2024.

I urgently need MTN to investigate this matter and provide me with:

* A full *** and payment history; * An explanation of why missed payments are being reported in 2026; * Confirmation of the current *** and status; and * Confirmation of which credit bureau(s) this information has been reported to.

If this information has been reported incorrectly, I expect MTN to urgently correct the *** and update the relevant credit bureau(s), as this is already negatively affecting my credit profile.

I have proof of payment and am willing to provide the necessary documentation.

MTN, please treat this as an urgent matter. I need this issue investigated and resolved as soon as possible, with written confirmation once my credit record has been corrected.*
