Incorrect billing and insurance

MTN double debited on the 25th Nov and also noted that the the phones were insured on incorrect cellphone numbers. I called the call centre and sent emails with all the necessary documents this day, I'm still not assisted. I haven't even gotten at least a reference number to show that they are working on my query. I am so disappointed with the service from MTN
