Incorrect Billing - AGAIN!!! Very bad Service!

I have been emailing MTN since 07 October 2016 to sort out their incorrect billing. The reason I'm emailing is because your call centre was useless and just couldn't find 1.5GB of the data bundle I paid for. I have been billed twice for 3GB data bundles at two different rates, I also get 500MB as part of my bundle plus 1.5 GB free data for buying a bundle. I used 4 GB during the month yet I'm being charged over R630 for out of bundle data??? Please explain.

Refer to reference numbers: ********** 3 and ********** 9.

I also note that my contract keeps being deactivated mid-month because I am out of bundle? I have a contract for heaven's sake. If I could give MTN a lower rating I would.

I expect feedback today.

Itumeleng,

I do not appreciate that no one from MTN has actually tried to get hold of me to resolve this issue. Either through your call centre or from my emails or even from this complaint. Once again disgusting service.

Further to your email, I have proof on my MTN Active account that the activation of the recurring 3GB bundles was done on 09 September 2016. And prior to that I had a recurring 2GB bundle which was deactivated on 09 September 2016. The first 3GB bundle was activated at 07:10 on 09 September 2016 with an effective date of 11 September 2016, this was then cancelled at 07:15 on 09 September 2016. I then reactivated the 3GB bundle at 07:16 on 09 September 2016 with an effective date of 12 September 2016. Therefore your explanation that it was only activated on 28 September is nonsense. Also your comments regarding the pro-rata fee is *******. I should only be billed for one recurring 3GB bundle. Also I see for this month the 3GB fee is again being billed at a different rate.

Amend my bill immediately and get someone to contact me directly with the results. If this is not done you can cancel my contract and I will NOT be paying any cancellation fees as MTN is at fault.

Regards
