Incorrect billing again
My name is Mmafusi Mo***eng, My number is ********** 539 I have requested over and over again that my account must remain the same and I do not want any additional charges on my account but I keep on being billed for an sms bundle. Numerous escalations have been made with MTN but the problem contuse every single month. My contract expired in Oct 2018 and I was told that I can stay on a month-month and don't have to pay more than what I was originally paying while I was on contract. If this doesn't come right I definitely just let it go and not even renew it. I a tired and really hate dealing with MTN and their billing errors. I paid R300.00 and that is what I owe, I will not pay a cent more for a service I never requested. MTN must sort this out.
