Incorrect billing
I upgraded my phone at the beginning of December 2015, on my debit order date I was billed my previous subscription not the current on that I have subscribed to. I would like this error to b rectified immediately and get my refund as well.

Kindly note that the amount debited on the 28 December 2015 was for the invoice that finalised on the 21 November 2015 while you were still on your old package. MTN is billing you a month behind hence the November invoice was only debited in December.
You will start paying for the new package from end of January 2016. For your account queries please feel free to contact our Customer Care on 808.
