Incorrect billing
Mid October I loaded airtime on my MTN sim card. Then I took the sim card out and used My telkom mobile. after a while I inserted my mnt sim card back on my phone and my airtime was gone. I phoned customer care and they told me that its because i changed sim cards however my was returned. today the same think happened and this time around I am told that i was on the internet and I should wait for 24 hours to receive a URL report. I am actually very unhappy with MTN has served me in the 12 months and I will be changing my number to another network services provider. tired of having my airtime disappearing.
