Incorrect Billing
I complained about MTN earlier this year about incorrect billing. The matter has still not been resolved, they have not send me the reconciliation of the account. They had said they will credit my account, however, when I went into the MTN store, that was not the case. My account has now been handed over to VVM who claim I owe MTN R19,616.46 yet they are not willing to provide me with the break down on we got to that amount. MTN is seriously ripping people off and should be stopped in their tracks.
