Incorrect billing

I took my contract with Nashua Mobile ,we were transffered from Nashua to Mtn and have received a bad service since with MTN . I requested statement and Tax invoice since Nashua took over because i need to claim back from my employer which i didnt received that bill but only yesterday i received those statement from May 2015 what about the other months and also the amount that i am paying is incorrect , my contract is R279.00 unlimited now MTN debited more than that on a monthly basis . I need statement from MTN when they took over from Nashua and also i need the difference of the instalment to be credited in my account . Staff from MTN dont even have the decency to even call me to find out what the problem was they just send incomplete tax certificate and incomplete statements. Customer service is a night mare with you guys

The system shows that the statements were resent on 2015-09-09 via email. Please be advised that subscription fee increased in June 2015 for all MTN contract subscribers. MTN reserves the right to review and update contract pricing as per MTN's subscriber contract. A general SMS notification was sent out to all MTN subscriber numbers on our system and we also advertised our rate changes on our blog. The balance for the September invoice is higher due to content service, note that content service is not a MTN service we cannot load this service from our side. This is done by the account holder. The content subscriber is Base bone. Please dial *141*5# OK and select Content Services to unsubscribe and block the service.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
