Incorrect Billing

I've been told by an MTN representative that I've been handed over to the legal department for my contract not being paid. MTN statement shows that I haven't paid my contract at all this year, meanwhile my bank statement begs to differ. <br> <br> Since I've been handed over, I asked for the legal department's contact details, of which these numbers were supp**** to me, *** and ***, and of no surprise, none of them went through, found *** on the net, still no luck.<br> <br> When calling MTN, they tell me that they can't assist me then. Now I'm sitting here with a bad ITC record thanks to MTN and they're clearly not willing to help my situation.<br> <br> All I need is for someone to give me the correct Legal Department's contact details or contact me to sort this out. I have all my statements pending and waiting for someone to assist me to resolve this.
