incorrect billing
in Nov 2014 Nahua sold as service provider to MTN.....since then all 3 of my phones are billed incorrectly......I was then credited in April but since then the same mistakes have occurred.....e-mailing customer care results in no response....calling and I am on hold for over an hour and no response....have gone into their service store and no response......I am desperate as NO ONE calls back......NO ONE.....I have lots of refernce numbers but no action.....this is my 2nd complaint on your site....their last response was that i had been credited.....that is correct but now they make the same mistake....

06 Jul 2015, 10:49Hello catqueen,
Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly be advised a credit of R17.53 was passed on the 22nd of June 2015 for the 10MB bundle for cellphone number *** for the invoice dated 2015-05-01 to 2015-06-01.
Our system shows that a credit of R3534.15 was passed on 28th of April 2015 for call charges due to failed bill limit. The billing department further advised that bill limit service will be removed as we do not offer that service due to the fact that it is not accurate on our system. The customer will have to monitor her calls as MTN would not pass further credit should you use more than the rand value.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards,
Ayanda
