Incorrect billing
Received my statement today and (what a surprise) I've been overcharged AGAIN.<br> <br> Why am I paying almost R200 for a contract that is advertised as R39/month? I wish that I could cancel my contract.<br> <br> Since I keep getting hung up on when dialing 808, I am going to leave this here and wait for a response.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
Kindly note that our system shows that an upgrade was done on the 2015-03-28 and the package taken is the MTN Choice 25 mins with 50MB bundle and SMS 50 bundle for R44 per month for 24 months.
For the invoice dated 2015-03-26 you were billed according to your old package an amount of R245. You pay for your account a month in arrears and the debit order for this invoice was debited on 2015-05-02.
The invoice dated 2015-04-26, you were billed according to the new package plus the once off upgrade fee which amounted to R143.99 and the debit order for this amount was debited on 2015-06-01.
The invoice dated 2015-05-26 is R44 which is your monthly subscription fee.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
