Incorrect Billing
Firstly, when my debit order went off this month i was charged R6 more. Why, as on a contract i thought you get billed the same amount every month for the full 24 months even if their are increases.<br> <br> Secondly, I purchased a 300 Meg MONTHLY Data package and after a week it says its expired. Whats the point of purchasing MONTHLY bundles???

The data was R25.44 now R30.70 as you acknowledged the increase, so only the data was increased in bundle rate is R0.29c out of bundle rate is 0.99c per mb.
