INCORRECT BILLING 5 MONTHS AND COUNTING...
I app**** for my upgrade with MTN in January 2015, I signed for a TopUp200 contract at a fixed amount of R 429.00 per month.

The billing so far is as follows:
January - R 388.00
February - R 701.99
March - R 312.01
April - R 489.00
May - R 481.63

I was credited R 170.00 in March, no one could explain how this was calculated.

In April I was told that I was not due any credit on my account as I am a previous Nashua Mobile customer and I have to pay H/W fees until May, even though I signed a contract directly with MTN in January.

I contacted the bank to fix my debit order at R 429.00 in April, however this was just increased by MTN in May again!

MTN refuses to provide the debit order policy number.

The billing has not been correct or consistent. Is there anyone that can fix this??? My emails and calls are blatantly ignored.
Thank you for your post, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
We value your input and also appreciate the time you took to raise your concerns with us because it is only through constructive feedback that we can identify and improve in areas that need our urgent attention.
Upon investigating your account our system reflects that your upgrade was done on the 2015-01-05. The term date of your contract with Nashua mobile was 2015-04-12 hence you would have been liable for the H/W fees until you had reached your term date.
We will however escalate your query to have the H/W fees removed from your contract and have our billing department pass credit for the H/W fees for the month of May and June.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards
Yahya
