Incorrect billing

I have been a paying mtn contract customer for the past 18 months... Every month they would debit R452 as my contract premium .. until last month when they debited me R680.. i called the customer care number and all they do is keep giving me a refference number and saying my matter has been escalated. And no one is explaining to me as to why was a i billed incorrectly.
