Incorrect billing
I've been overcharged for the past 4 months. I have made numerous attemps to various departments to resolve the issue. I have been refunded for 3 months of overcharge but my montly premium has still not been rectified. The time and effort to resolve issues with MTN is ridiculous!!! The consultants always tell me to be patient but month after month the problem persists... MTN wouldn't be very patient if the debit order is cancelled so unfortunately I'm running out of patients of being overcharged too!
I trust that there will be a competent consultant that can actually resolve the issue.
